Rumour has it that WWE creative couldn't think of an ending to a JoMo vs Ziggler match that would put both men over, leading to their Breaking Point match being cancelled. Well, apparently they thought of one, because it's back on! Hell in a Cell, October 4th, The Battle Of The Abs is ON!

WWE.com's preview:

“Because in life there are winners, there are losers…”

Those were the distinctive words uttered by WWE Hall of Famer Howard Finkel at the start of every edition of “The Dirt Sheet,” hosted by Intercontinental Champion John Morrison.

Clearly, Morrison has been one of life’s “winners” as of late. The Friday Night Delight enjoyed a career-changing win over Rey Mysterio on SmackDown to capture Intercontinental gold. And, The Guru of Greatness is now host of yet another video special, “The Palace of Wisdom.”

Although tempting for those in the WWE Universe who dislike him, it would be inaccurate to put Dolph Ziggler in life’s “loser” column. The youngster has shown serious passion in 2009.

At both SummerSlam and Night of Champions, Ziggler gave Mysterio a serious run for his money, improving his game each time.

Now, a frustrated Ziggler is chomping at the bit to claim what he feels is rightfully his, while cool Mr. Morrison enjoys his time at the top, mocking “Mr. Ziggles” whenever the opportunity arises.

Come Hell in a Cell, both of these cocky young Superstars will collide in what has the makings for a classic encounter.

Will Morrison keep what he took from Mysterio in what he called one of his greatest matches ever? Or, will the fired up Ziggler finally get what he has been scratching and clawing for?Find out who will walk away Intercontinental Champion at Hell in a Cell, live on pay-per-view on Sun., Oct. 4 at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT.

I can't wait for this one! Third time lucky for Mr Ziggles :D

Out of the Raw, SD and ECW rosters, I have to say that Ziggy and JoMo (even Matt Hardy) look the best.

Check him out!Collapse )

- Regarding WWE’s decision to replace vs. with vs. on the WWE card, Dave Meltzer reports that the decision was “finish related, in that they couldn’t come up with one.”

WWE views both Morrison and Ziggler as having legitimate breakout potential, and the company presumably wanted to further develop the rivalry so as to assure that when the match does take place on pay-per-view (likely at Hell in a Cell), the finish does not greatly impact the loser’s overness. Clear evidence of how late the decision on adding Kingston vs. Miz was made is the fact that a possible match between the two was not even hinted on Monday’s RAW.
